When building a music community, it can be a daunting task to many involved. But the benefit of building a music community pays dividends in the long run. When asking Shotty Mills about how his upcoming release has helped him establish building a community. He says that, "Syndrome, depicts the idea of how we struggle within a community. But a valuable part of building a music community requires one to know to connect and network with others accordingly. The community that we build around our music movement can create more space for more opportunities to present themselves.

We are either with the music community and we use it to our mechanical advantage. On the contrary, you can be forced upon the opposing force, where your music community works against you.

But as an artist, musician you have to know how to connect with your community. To build yourself from the ground up, and this would be a big asset in growing and developing around your community.

When speaking from experience, I see that building a community may be daunting task to some. But it's worth every penny in the end when it comes to fostering and build a community.

  The question is: how do you plan on building your community? This is a raising question that many would have to answer in order to truly understand to reap benefits of building a community.

Every day is a new opportunity to grow and develop the music community. And come together with the community as an artist establishes more connections and interactions with potential fans.

You either grow with your music and you don't. This is why you see a lot of artists out there aiming to create a music movement, because when you have a movement. Essentially, you are letting your fan support you and help through the challenging times that you encounter as an artist.
